✔ No refill/refund will be issued if multiple services are ordered on different servers simultaneously for the same link, as this may result in incorrect delivery numbers.
✔ No refills/refunds will be given for drops unless a refill option is clearly mentioned in the service description.
✔ Placing multiple orders on the same link while a refill or cancellation is pending may result in the order being ineligible for refill or refund.
✔ Orders that have already started or are marked as “Completed” are not eligible for cancellation or refunds
✔ Filing a chargeback after service usage or wallet consumption is a violation of our policy.
✔ Disputed transactions may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
✔ We reserve the right to submit service logs, order data, and policy acceptance as evidence.
✔ Users are required to contact our support team before initiating any dispute or chargeback.
✔ Any use of stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods is strictly prohibited.
✔ Such activity will result in immediate account termination without refund.
